Alvin Meledath is an International Graduate having completed his MBA & MscIM dual degree from Vancouver Island University & University of Hertfordshire. He has completed his Undergrad in Management & Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University. Seasoned with over 5 years of client management and sales operations experience working with the Royal Bank, Bell Canada, Gerson Lehrman Group and Softchoice he loves working with clients and bringing energy and drive to all the projects he works on that addâs more value to others. Heâs a Certified Scrum Master and embodies loving to learn and work in more agile ways.
Alvinâs been a part of Wonsulting since its early days helping with organizing events, coordinating panelists and managing the International Community both from a mentorship and resource management perspective. Having grown from a Client Experience role Alvin over the last year he has grown from an Associate to a Lead helping support and lead both the services team and the sales efforts both from a strategy and analysis perspective.
From launching new products to analysing impact, Alvin loves finding the why and problem solving. Outside work heâs an avade Burger and Cheesecake enthusiast and love giving back to the international and the new immigrant community through mentorship and support.
